Welcome to Jodi Guru. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Jodi Guru (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. This document is generic boilerplate and is not legal advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of Jodi Guru following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Jodi Guru. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are 18 years of age or older;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law;
• Have never been convicted of a violent or sexual offence.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You may not transfer your account to anyone else, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use & Community Guidelines

Jodi Guru is built on respect. To keep our community safe and welcoming, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other members;
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading;
• Solicit money, promote commercial activity, or send spam;
• Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity or intentions;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to the payment method on file or through your app store account. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or app store, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you submit (“User Content”). By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to share it.

7. Safety & Conduct

Your safety matters. We provide verification, reporting, and blocking tools, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of any member. Always meet new people in public places, tell a friend your plans, and never send money to someone you have not met. If you feel unsafe, contact local authorities and report the member to us.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and content (other than User Content), is owned by Jodi Guru or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or other members, or for any lawful reason. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any match or connection will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jodi Guru and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
